these dolls are so charming and cute! the green one was the one i was least interested in so i was a little bummed to unbox her first, but while dressing her up i fell in love with all the lovely details - the little charms on her socks and apron especially. they're well-strung and all the details are just so precious.
Absolutely precious! The detail on the clothing is beautiful and the hair sculpt is so pretty. This is my first doll so I can’t speak to comparative quality but it feels well made to me at least. 1 star off for the way it was packaged though, the extra doll body was jammed into the box in a way that dented the blind box packaging pretty heavily. Nothing was damaged except the packaging at least and the doll, extra body, clothes, and all the feeebees look to be in perfect condition.
the neck cannot move up and down the feet cannot stay positioned as pointed, its low quality and i didn't get the one i liked. i got the blonde one which is a very boring design. Not worth the money and doesn't look that great. - A regretful purchase.

TL;DR: Really bad neck cards, hands are difficult to change due to thick elastic, poor clothing quality control, unnecessarily difficult clothing design. Overall experience was much worse than any other doll I own. Yap below. So first off I wanna say that the designs and the "final product" as a figure are adorable, and the clothing material quality is great, but these dolls have way too many issues for me to just blindly give a 5 star review just because I like them. I'm just gonna shoot off the list of issues without much commentary because there were SO MANY. Might add photos of the issues later, but I'm literally too tired of these things to bother taking them down for that. - For the overall doll quality, the body itself poses fine, but it was stringed with elastic string that's too thick, so when you try to replace the hands, you have to push both the S hook and string back through the hole while also trying to make sure the hand doesn't come off the hook. - The head is the worst I own, and at this point I have over 30 dolls in my room. In particular, the head can only turn side to side. You can make it look up if you snap it into place, but there's basically only two vertical angles you can use on these dolls, and if you try to do anything in between, it'll snap to its default angle of kind of looking down. Additionally, the neck card is like impossible to get off the S hook. Both the body and head issues are present on all three dolls I received, and I've seen others talk about it on rednote, so be aware that these issues are likely present on every Twinkle Polaris doll. For per-doll/quality control issues: - Yuni's obi/waist piece was literally 2-3cm too short to actually velcro on and has that weird thing where the velcro part is backwards and has to be folded over to stick together. I had to use putty to stick the velcro pieces together, so there's just an ugly white square on the back. Also, the stand that came in her box wasn't packaged correctly and got several deep scratches on it. - Lulu's pink armband is literally too small to put on. - Leo and her earrings don't come attached like the other two, and in trying to put them on they just immediately flew off and I lost one; you have to fasten all 6 leg belts yourself instead of them just being.. pre-done, her headpiece is too small to fit and doesn't have a magnet or snap on in any way so I had to stretch it and use putty. They also expect you to use putty to put the gum on her mouth. I just didn't bother with the leg warmer belts, earrings, or bubblegum. The dolls LOOK adorable. But they're probably going to sit on a shelf forever; I don't ever really want to play with them or change their clothes. They may as well be figures without poseable joints. I don't regret getting them necessarily but initially I was going to try and get the rest of the ones I didn't get... Not anymore.
