This is the 2nd one i ordered! Though i got a duplicate, The quality is amazing, And the joints stay in place magnificently! The fabric you dress the dolls in is incredibly soft as well.

Bought two blindboxes to share with my friend. Absolutely love the girls we got! If I had one complaint its that the pink ones coat was stitched wrongly and needs resewing. But I'm going to use that opportunity to make her something new instead ^o^ Thanks Kika!

Great experience with customer service! I ordered the full set and Verity was somehow missing her boots in the box. I reached out to customer support and explained my situation with photos, and they were able to contact the manufacturer to ship out replacements. The boots then arrived within 2 weeks.

Very adorable for my first ever BJD! She was not my first choice, but needless to say i am ecstatic to display her regardless. (Note: Her hands are not in this set! They are from another doll, so don't expect to be getting the same ones)

While one of the three was a duplicate, the other 2 were 2 of the 4 major wants from the set, so i'd say it balanced out!

This was my first time receiving a full set of these blind box dolls and the main box that houses the six blind boxes of dolls had this shimmery pearlescent effect. The boxes are well designed. The dolls themselves are cute and the clothing is really good quality. The hands and feet were relatively easy to change out. The only real complaint would be a few of the dolls didn't have the necessary magnets in their back hair piece (Mirage has no magnets and can't wear her magnetic ears which is super disappointing, Verity has two magnetic right ears rather than a right and a left ear, and Whimsey can't wear her blue hat for whatever reason). Had it not been for these issues it'd be 5 stars rather than 4. The dolls are all super cute and despite Amare being the one I was least excited about, she ended being really nice once I had her in hand and dressed. Also it should be noted that Adora, Mirage, Serenity and Whimsey have no undergarments of any sort, so be mindful when posing them.

I got Adora, which was nice as she was one of the ones I really wanted. She is cute, but... Unfortunately, the quality left much to be desired, especially as this is one of the more expensive 1/12 bjd blind boxes. Her collar/choker was too large, so it looks silly if she wears it; the faux-leather strap that is meant to go around her leg just fell apart, so now she can't wear that either; and the front hair piece is very loose and easy to knock off. I was going to buy more if this one was good, but obviously I won't be doing that knowing there are glaring quality issues with the dolls. It's a shame, because the designs look so cool, but they're just so poorly made.

For damaged straps issue Your feedback is highly appreciated and has been sent to the brand as well. You may use poster putty to reinforce and fix it if necessary. 3. For loose hairpieces issue You can try soaking it in warm water for a while or gently heating it with a hairdryer on low heat to soften it a little. It will be much tighter to fix that way~ You can also use tools like poster putty for extra support if needed.
