Prayer Rongrong is my absolute favourite design in the insect series from this manufacturer. I love her so much that I bought two! One to keep as-is and the second to customize. That being said, since this is a small and rather new company, there are a few issues. They're very minor, though, and I'm inclined to give some leeway to newer small businesses. The hair pieces on these dolls can be a bit loose and some of the accessories are noticeably more cheaply made that the rest of the outfit, but they're still more than good enough for me. The only truly serious issue is that the antennae break easily. One of my dolls fell over while I was posing her and one of her antennae snapped right off. It's easy to super glue them back on or even use magnetic paint to make them attach magnetically like the wings, but I wish they were attached better out of the box. Overall, I still adore these dolls and hope nothing but the best for the future of this company, but you should keep these minor issues in mind when buying and have a plan to deal with them.

She is so very cute! And it seems like she is good quality. Though I will warn that mine came with a bit of staining on her legs from the socks (like everyone else has already mentioned). Besides that I haven't noticed any misprints and her face plates all click together smoothly. The doll also seems to be strung well as she holds poses effectively and stands without support (Though she seems unable to properly kneel or sit) I did change out her outfit near immediately after opening the doll so I cannot really say much for it but it seems nice.

She is absolutely adorable! I had issues with the hairpieces falling off the heads of some of the other dolls from this brand, but I didn't have that problem with this one. They're very well-strung and the clothing is great, though it will likely stain the doll over time due to the colour. I personally don't mind that as I have these dolls to play with/display and don't care about their resale value. I would definitely recommend these dolls!

I'm really happy Akim got a limited version, so I decided to snag both while I could. I love the color differences between him and the original. He comes fully dressed, and unfortunately the clothes already stained the body on arrival. This doesn't bother me at all, as I don't intend to change his clothes and I couldn't care less about staining on my BJDs, but just a heads-up to other folks who may be more concerned with this.

She is of extremely good quality ! I really love her, she is sturdy, the elastics are well adjusted, the magnets for the wings stick well... Only problem is that she came already dressed and so it got her stained on the legs. I dressed her in another set of clothes because I find them cuter than the originals, but the originals are well made!

I've always admired the kukaka insect cafe dolls from a far, but i finally decided to go for Rongrong's Prayer variant because I love everything about the design. Her body is so fun to pose, and stands up on its own, and the clothes are so detailed and well constructed. My only two gripes: Theres some light staining on her knee from the red fabric of the leg warmers, and the magnets for the wings on her back are a little weak to go through the velcro closure on her dress, so posability is limited. Since those are so minor, easy 5/5 for me!

He's so so cute, I'm so happy to have him. I've wanted Akim (originally the blind box version) for a long time now. His judge design looks even cooler than the original! I had read quite a few reviews so I was already aware of the possible flaws of this doll before buying, which is why those flaws don't bother me. But I'd like to point them out for others interested in buying. First of all, as the listing warns, he did come with blue staining on his legs where the cuffs sit. The staining is exposed if his knees are bent. The black shorts didn't stain, though they left some black particles(?) that were easily rubbed off with my finger. The rest of his body is not exposed to dark fabric so staining shouldn't be an issue, it really is just the cuffs. Second, his bangs piece is pretty loose after taking his head apart one time. It easily falls forward, I'm thinking about using blu-tack to stick it in place better or something. Third, he's strung very tightly, to where it limits poseability because he will partially spring back to a more default stance. If you have the ability to restring these dolls, I'd recommend it. I also noticed that while in the photos, his wings are shown to be under clothes, for my doll this doesn't work because the wings are at an angle that stops the fabric from laying flat enough. I had a bit of a hard time with the wings because the velcro closure for his shirt is in the back, and thicker than the space between the magnets. I ended up turning his shirt around so that it could close in the front, I like the effect this gives anyway, and it allows the magnets to work through two pieces of fabric. The last flaw I noticed is that sometimes the ball piece at the base of his stinger partially comes apart, but it can easily be pushed back together Overall I really do love this doll, I mean the product images speak for themselves, he's absolutely stunning. He looks just as amazing in real life, I really appreciate the embroidered details, his eyes, his little cross necklace. I will say that design-wise, I wish they kept original Akim's wing shape, he looks less scarab-like with these wings. But they are more extravagant which is fun. I think the color palette they chose was great. I just love looking at him A positive I will note, too, the clothes seem to be pretty well made. I didn't notice messy stitching or loose threads, everything is pretty neat and tidy If you're considering buying, I hope this was helpful for you! I think that for the price, this level of quality is acceptable, given the design quality and attention to detail. And I appreciate kikagoods for warning customers about body staining Keep in mind also that this is my first BJD! I've only bought fashion dolls before, so I don't have other dolls to compare with

For staining issue Here are quick tips to prevent staining or color transfer on your doll: ① Prepare anti-staining clothes for the doll in advance or wrap the doll with cling film before putting on clothes. ② For newly bought clothes, after confirming they are washable, soak them multiple times in salt water or white vinegar to fix the color and prevent color transfer. 3. For loose hairpieces issue You can try soaking it in warm water for a while or gently heating it with a hairdryer on low heat to soften it a little. It will be much tighter to fix that way~ You can also use tools like poster putty for extra support if needed. So, I know my photos might cause doll collectors to go crazy, but I messed up when de-attaching Judge’s hand. I show this photo just to say, I definitely recommend researching and having proper materials beforehand before removing a hand. It was my fault thinking I could handle it, but it is a lot of small pieces. I saved everything and plan on finding some help with Judge. So besides that, I think Judge doesn’t have very good mobility and I think Prayer is higher quality, when it came to the magnets. So I find that interesting. Oh and there was stains as everyone already said. But I still think they look fantastic, couldn’t get them to pose in a prayer position so I had to use poster putty to help, for anyone that was wanting to do that with these figures….just sad about messing up with Judge’s hand…at least it looks funny on the shelf 😅

The doll himself is cute but be warned they arrive pre-stained by the outfit, the legwarmers cause bad staining and can't be removed without restringing the doll. And no, Kika's usual automatic response on how to prevent stains won't help at all because you can't clingfilm a doll's legs before you have it.

I got the Akim one and it's A big missed opportunity for this one, the design is absolutly gorgeous and yes the doll look like the picture. BUT! multiples issues. First one may be just me but the doll came with a deffect, so the front hair piece is very very loose so if the head look even a bit down the hair piece slide off/fall Second one is just bad design, the clothes are cute but the short DON'T FIT A POSABLE DOLL. They are wayyyyyy to thight so you just CAN'T pose your doll in a sitting possition otherwhise the short have to be poped open at the back because there is no room for mouvement and that just sad because i love it, i love the design but i just can't pose it because the head can't be move too much and it can't be sitting down. So big mixed feeling in here, after maybe i got a full defective one but if those issues seem a big bother to you pass this doll

A very disappointing order. I loved the design and ordered the Akim Doll and as much as the look match the picture there is some issues. 1) may be a defective doll but my frond hair piece is loose, but like REALLY loose. If the head is ever so lightly tilting forward the piece start to fall. 2) the clothes are badly sized. As an exemple the shorts are made in such a way the doll CANNOT be put in a sitting position without opening the short (who make it look then akward/ugly) because there is absolutely no room for the tights to hips articulation. So overall a big dissappointement for such a good design unless you only want to pose them standing up and only looking forward

I Got the Akim figure and i'm so sad. Because as much as the doll is pretty there is some serious issues. One mine may be a defect because the front hair piece is loose but like REALLY loose if the head is ever so lightly tilting forward the piece start to fall. Second issue the sizing of the shorts are bad, so bad that the doll CAN'T sit. If you want a sitting position you are to fully open the short because there is no room for the thighs to hips articulation. So over all a great deception for such a lovely design
