I was really lucky and got the one I wanted. The figurine is very cute and well made. However, there were a few small lines of paint scratched off its hat even though it was really well packaged. So I emailed customer service for a potential replacement with photos and video evidence and they answered within a business day. They were generously willing to send a replacement free of charge. And now, I have 2 EMMA figurines that I really love and I would definitely recommend.

This series is even cuter in person than on the website! I love all the details. Two of the figures came with small pieces snapped off - left and right in the photo - but they were so easy to fix because they are really good quality, and you can't even tell!
I love the Emma they are really pretty, and I got the tree, it was the one I wanted. Unfortunatly I had already one and I got a double in those 3. I purchased it is sad considering option but I guess it is always a risk
i like the prices here, other shops are more expensive. Couldn’t find the box I wanted for less than 30 dollars, here it added up to 20 with shipping

So I ordered whole case of Emma's, and somehow ended up with dupes in the whole set. Got 2 heirs and no deer. Which is the one I really wanted. But customer service at kikagoods is fantastic to work with, and sent me the missing deer. FREE OF CHARGE TOO!! I'm over joyed with my experience. And how you you not love the green deer!👏👏

I got 2 boxes from this pack, and I loved what I received! I got the Traveler and the Legendary Sleuth. The mystery theme of the set & boxes are very cute, and the cards they came followed this theme very nicely!!
I love the cutsey gothic/lolita design of the Emma series. It's super cute and I wish I got one of the specials but still happy with the standard set.

They were all absolutely adorable and they shipped incredibly fast, and got here even faster it left me amazed! Sadly the little Heir came with her left horn broken off but I was able to stick it back on with a bit of epoxy to glue it down again. You can see it sort of elevated/off center in the photo showing it.

Arrived in less than two weeks (from my memory) and since it's a present for someone, I haven't opened it yet. However, I didn't realise that it was one of those 'already displayed' boxes, which came as a wonderful surprise!! It also gave me the idea of rather than wrapping it, to just set it up as a display for my friend's birthday. I think they'll love it ❤️
