Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 68 reviews.
I was really lucky and got the one I wanted. The figurine is very cute and well made. However, there were a few small lines of paint scratched off its hat even though it was really well packaged. So I emailed customer service for a potential replacement with photos and video evidence and they answered within a business day. They were generously willing to send a replacement free of charge. And now, I have 2 EMMA figurines that I really love and I would definitely recommend.
I was really impressed with the details on these figures! 💖
Love these better than I anticipated!!
This series is even cuter in person than on the website! I love all the details. Two of the figures came with small pieces snapped off - left and right in the photo - but they were so easy to fix because they are really good quality, and you can't even tell!
I love the Emma they are really pretty, and I got the tree, it was the one I wanted. Unfortunatly I had already one and I got a double in those 3. I purchased it is sad considering option but I guess it is always a risk
i like the prices here, other shops are more expensive. Couldn’t find the box I wanted for less than 30 dollars, here it added up to 20 with shipping
Got a few of these for my daughter and I. We love all of them, and hope we can collect the whole set someday!
Love them! Super cute :3
I loved it! The packaging was secured. Even though I didn’t get what I was hoping for, I still loved that I got a box!
So I ordered whole case of Emma's, and somehow ended up with dupes in the whole set. Got 2 heirs and no deer. Which is the one I really wanted. But customer service at kikagoods is fantastic to work with, and sent me the missing deer. FREE OF CHARGE TOO!! I'm over joyed with my experience. And how you you not love the green deer!👏👏
They were so cuteee!
I only got it as a roundup to free shipping but I really liked the quality and design of what I got!
Lovely experience buying these, and I got the butler which I really wanted. Very nicely packaged.
I got 2 boxes from this pack, and I loved what I received! I got the Traveler and the Legendary Sleuth. The mystery theme of the set & boxes are very cute, and the cards they came followed this theme very nicely!!
I love the cutsey gothic/lolita design of the Emma series. It's super cute and I wish I got one of the specials but still happy with the standard set.
My daughter loved them
They were all absolutely adorable and they shipped incredibly fast, and got here even faster it left me amazed! Sadly the little Heir came with her left horn broken off but I was able to stick it back on with a bit of epoxy to glue it down again. You can see it sort of elevated/off center in the photo showing it.
Was a gift for my bff and she loved it:)
Very good!
Arrived in less than two weeks (from my memory) and since it's a present for someone, I haven't opened it yet. However, I didn't realise that it was one of those 'already displayed' boxes, which came as a wonderful surprise!! It also gave me the idea of rather than wrapping it, to just set it up as a display for my friend's birthday. I think they'll love it ❤️
They're very well made, just a couple of scratches but overall the detail is stunning!
Everything looks great!
Even though it wasn’t one of the ones I would’ve wanted In the set I still love it!!the details look amazing!and the product came safely I believe it took a week or two to come which was understandable since where it came from.overall I’m happy with product and service and will definitely order again!^^
Love this! Looks so perfect on my shelf.
The quality of these is incredible and I got lucky!
These Emma figures are so detailed and well made. Plague Doctor and the detective are far and away my favorite!
Shipping was reliable and reasonably timed. The figures I got were very cute!
Absolutely love the Emma series!! They are such great quality and sooo cute
Really nice quality. Super cute and detailed!
Super cute, love it!
They are so adorable! Love these so much.
This collection is amazing. I love it so much. Such cool designs and I would have been happy with any of them.
Love it
Amazing and so pretty! I want to buy more!
Excellent series
The figures are detailed, feels solid and have some weight. I love the designs of these, there are a lot of small details. I'm terrible at writing reviews, but I'm very pleased with the figures.
I love my Emma’s!
Loved their designs and was so happy about getting a super secret!
They are my favorite little guys :3
