delivery was as expected and quality of the boxes and items is great! I had no problems with the delivery, I didn't get the one I wanted but I did get my second choice which was the yellow one! one of the blind boxes didn't come with their character card but thats fine. Overall I love it! will purchase again.

My plush (the mushroom) came defective with the face not lining up right. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They helped contact the manufacturer and was willing to provide a random plush as a replacement. Will recommend getting the series, they are so cute!

I would of loved any that I would gotten which is why I went for this blind box. I got my favorite one! Great quality and as cute as the picture. This particular one fits my personality and looks great on my purse.
SO CUTE! They're a pretty good size as well, with a nice-sized faceplate to see all the details. The right eye appears to be stuck on mine to be upside down, but I don't really mind since it gives him a unique expression. It doesn't show up on camera, but he also has a glitter sheen on his hair that catches the light!
I LOVE IT!! It shipped in a pretty reasonable amount of time, and it’s SO CUTE!! I might have to buy more! I love the one I pulled. I had it on my bag for a while, and it seemed to hold up pretty well! ✨🎀🫶
