The scope of use for gift cards: Customers can use them when placing and paying for orders on the kikagoods website by themselves.
Review the following considerations for redeeming gift cards:
- The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card.
- Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
- Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.
- Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
- A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout on kikagoods.com. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire.

Pre-order items are shipped separately via Standard Shipping once available, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

5. International Delays:
Customs clearance and carrier handovers may cause delays. If there is no tracking update within 45 days after shipment, we will offer a refund or reshipment.
