Fast shipping. Product exactly as described. Would 200% purchase here again! *Only thing I would be worried about as a collector is there was no protective packaging around the boxed products and it was tightly packed in box that when I used a box cuter to open the package I actually sliced part of the blind box itself. Not a problem for me but if you're a collector & keep the original blind box pristine this would have been a big issue.*

Couldn’t get the socks on. But she’s adorable. My first lulu elf doll! The hair and head molds were stiff to disassemble at first. Very highly detailed and looks good to pose, but i probably won’t get a second one :) Cute pet

This doll is perfect! She arrived super quickly and was packaged well. Her hair is extremely heavy and difficult to take on and off to swap her faceplate and eyes, but she also includes a stand so she can be posed upright without toppling over! I’m really happy with the quality of the doll and I love her included accessories such as the bonus face and her pet! She is so beautiful. I’m glad to have gotten my favorite from the series, now I want to collect more of them!

Great little doll! The joints and hands/feet are very difficult to remove and replace though. Otherwise, love this one!

For BJD dolls: Gently pull the hand out, rotate it into position until you hear a click, then remove it easily. Attach the new hand by rotating and pushing it back in. The same method works for feet too. b. For MJD dolls, you can simply pull out the hand set, but be careful — forcing it can cause the joint to break. If it's stuck, try using a hairdryer on warm air for a few seconds before pulling it straight out. The same method also applies to feet. We appreciate your support and understanding!💗

I got the open box plume moth. It came with a stand, hands, two heads I think, shoes and even a pair of eyes to swap. I don't have any idea how to change the body parts if I wanted to but it's a nice addition to my order.
I love both of them, the clothes are so pretty! ☺️🫶🏻
Some minor quality control issues. Missing ribbon on unicorn. Chip on lamb bow in hair and hair needed cleaning as discoloured but easy fixes. Other than that the quality is nice. They are well made and the hands are easy to change due to a groove that allows the hook to lock in place while you swop them. Clever design. All in meant I could make two more dolls with the alternate coloured sheep head and the additional doll bodies. Good value for the fact they come with stands and a lot of extra hands and their little pets.

I’m so happy that I was able to get this during preorder period. The wait was worth it~! I absolutely adore the freebies and used one of them already to change the hair color. I also LOVE the recolored Skeletal. She’s one of my faves other than her regular twin. The regular Skeletal one had a stain on her face, but I was able to remedy it with a stain remover that didn’t erase any details on her. All in all? The dolls have great quality and the stand definitely makes up for the weak legs. Their details and design are very adorable. The extra head of the recolored sheep one is also very nice. Their little companions are also cute~! 10/10

Beautiful dolls!! I got the moth girl which I wanted the most :3 unfortunately the other two were at the bottom of my wanted list (don’t have a great pic of em), but they are still super cute and I love the detailing with their outfits!! My only complaint is that the Skeletal Wing girl had a stained/dirty face plate? I could not clean it off, but with all the freebies, I just swapped it for a different one. Not a big issue, especially since everything else was present and perfect.

The doll came perfectly, no damage and in a timely manner. The only problem is the fact my doll came with 2 left hands. You get 2 sets of hands and now one of them is completely unusable because of the fact she has no right hand. It was the set she started with so I had to change her hand immediately to make it look better. I do believe that it is just a production mistake and isn’t like this with every doll. Overall the doll is pretty and good quality.
