The scope of use for gift cards: Customers can use them when placing and paying for orders on the kikagoods website by themselves.
Review the following considerations for redeeming gift cards:
The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card.
Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.
Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.

4. International Shipping Notice Delays may occur during cross-border transit due to customs clearance or carrier handover. If there’s no logistics update within 45 days after shipment, we will refund or reship your order. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Force Majeure Delays caused by customs inspections are considered force majeure and are not covered under our stated 7–14 business day shipping estimate.
