At KiKaGoods.com, We strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages.
In general case, the order shipping fee is will increase according to the purchase weight.
The shipping fee for these countries is $15.99 at least( Because the area is relatively remote ): Brazil, Luxembourg, Mexico, Singapore, Slovenia, Switzerland, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Russia, Turkey.

Influenced by COVID-19, our logistics delivery will be slightly delayed recently. Please be patient. If you have any problems, you can contact us. We will actively help you deal with the problem.
KiKaGoods will begin processing your order once payment has been received. Your items will be ready for shipment in roughly 1-5 business days.

International Shipping
 
We have elected to use the Yunexpress and DHL Express as our transportation method. We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days of ordering and orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China within 24-48 hours after the processing day.
During peak periods (Halloween, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas, and New Years) please allow up to 3-7 business days for dispatch as we are extremely busy during those times.
 
Separate Delivery
If there is pre-sale products in your order, no matter which shipping method you choose, the pre-sale products will be sent separately by ordinary shipping methods when we have the products.

Due to differing international customs processes, KiKaGoods cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once it has left our warehouse. We also may elect to use different shipping method which requires a signature upon receipt, based on the total value of your order. Regarding Address
Please fill in your order address carefully and confirm it. Especially the detailed address ( apartment number, suite, P.O. Box, house code etc.) that affect the final delivery of the local logistics. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable or lost items due to wrong address.

Regarding Packaging
We handle all of our items with the ultimate care and will ensure that the products and packaging are in good condition before shipping. Once we ship the item, it is now out of our responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any damage ( Parcel package , toy package, etc. damage caused by delivery ) that may occur during shipping. We can help you by submitting a claim but there is no guarantee that it will be fruitful. Ultimately, you will need to request Package Protection before we ship it. 
For any concerns about parcel lost or inner figurines broken, KikaGoods offers resending service once purchased Package Protection in your order. 

Blind box, toy and collectables are final but if you open the box and find a defective product, please send us a photo and we'll help you get a new Toy but we cannot guarantee you will receive the same blind box. More details Please review our Return / Exchange Policy
