Shipping Info

At KiKaGoods.com, we are committed to providing quality service, which includes the safe delivery of your package.
In general, order shipping costs will increase based on the weight of the purchase.
Shipping costs for these countries are at least $15.99 (due to the relative remoteness of the area): Brazil, Luxembourg, Mexico, Singapore, Slovenia, Switzerland, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Russia, Turkey.

* If you have any questions, you can contact us. We will actively help you to deal with the problem.
* After payment is received, KiKaGoods will begin processing your order. Your item will be ready for shipment in approximately 1-5 business days.
* If you have any shipping issues, please contact us. Please note: We only process orders during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Due to the end of the year online shopping season, shipping may be delayed.
* Address change request is acceptable within 24 hours after placing an order. We do not have after-sales service for overdue address change requests. Sorry for any inconveniences caused to you.
* Any change of address request made after more than two days of placing the order will not be accepted, and we will not provide any after-sales service for such cases.
* If the logistics time is increased and the delivery date is delayed due to customs inspection, it is a force majeure situation and is not within our 7-14 day shipping time frame!
International Shipping
We choose to use Cloud Express and DHL Express as our shipping method. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days of ordering and shipped from our warehouse in China within 24-48 hours of the processing date.
During peak periods (Halloween, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas and New Year), please allow up to 3-7 business days for shipping as we are very busy during these times.
For the cross-border transportation, there is a certain probability that customs clearance check and transporters connection will take a long time, we will refund and reissue the goods if the logistics is not updated within 45 days after delivery. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Separate Delivery
If you have pre-sold products in your order, the pre-sold products will be sent separately by regular shipping when we have them available, regardless of which shipping method you choose.

Delivery time is 10-20 business days, depending on your distance (no deliveries on Sundays or holidays) and your chosen logistics (if you have the required logistics, contact us at customer_service@kikagoods.com). U.S. military addresses and Russia may take longer to receive shipments.
Due to different international customs processes, KiKaGoods is not responsible for any packages shipped via this method once they leave our warehouse. We may also choose to use a different shipping method depending on the total value of your order, which will require a signature at the time of receipt. If you would like to ensure that we deliver your international package to your doorstep and provide tracking confirmation, you can request this directly to customer service at customer_service@kikagoods.com

U.S. outlying islands, Chile, remote or island areas of these countries may not be supported for shipment.
If we cannot ship to the customer's region, we will notify the customer as soon as possible through the contact information left by the customer

About the address
Please fill in your order address carefully and confirm it. Especially the detailed address (house number, suite, P.O. Box, house code, etc.) affects the final delivery of local logistics. We are not responsible for undeliverable or lost items due to wrong address.
About the Packaging
We take great care with all items and ensure that the product and packaging are in good condition before shipping. Once we ship, we are no longer responsible, and we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping (parcel packages, toy packages, etc. due to shipping). We can help you by submitting a claim, but there is no guarantee that a result will be achieved. Ultimately, you will need to request pre-shipment Package Protection.
If you are concerned about a lost package or a damaged statue inside, KikaGoods will provide a resend service once you have purchased Package Protection with your order. Blind boxes, toys and collectibles are final, but if you open the box and find a defective product, please send us a photo and we will help you get a new toy, but we cannot guarantee you will receive the same blind box.
